In October 2013, Quintain opened the London Designer Outlet next to the prestigious Wembley Stadium. This was the first phase of the hugely ambitious Wembley Park development.

Wembley Park’s transformation includes a Hilton Hotel, SSE Arena, Designer Shopping Outlet and a number of residential areas.

When complete the whole development will span over 85 acres.
